Terms of service
Last updated: September 2, 2026
1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to hurdanle.com and purchases made through the online store. The store and its services are operated by 1606032 B.C. LTD., located at 320 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 0G5, Canada (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on the website. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection law.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must have reached the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence, or use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for supplying accurate, current information. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
3. PRODUCTS, COLOURS, MATERIALS, AND SIZING
We offer women’s tops, pants, dresses, jewellery, hats, bags, and related fashion accessories. We make reasonable efforts to describe and display each product accurately. Screen settings, lighting, natural materials, dye lots, and production processes can cause minor differences in colour or texture. Measurements may vary slightly because of measuring methods and the natural behaviour of fabrics. Please review the product description, size guide, fibre or material information, and care instructions before ordering. These ordinary variations do not exclude rights that apply where goods are defective, materially misdescribed, or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.
4. AVAILABILITY AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Products may have limited quantities. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including stock unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions, or sanctions compliance. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will return the applicable amount to the original payment method.
Before you submit an order, checkout will provide an opportunity to review and correct your item selection, size, colour, quantity, delivery details, pricing, taxes, shipping charges, discounts, currency, and total. We will provide an order confirmation or other retainable copy of the transaction information to the email address supplied at checkout. Keep that confirmation for your records.
5. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the website or at checkout. Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other determinable mandatory costs will be disclosed before the order is submitted. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage charges that cannot reasonably be determined in advance; these are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise. We do not add undisclosed mandatory fees.
You authorize us and our payment service providers to charge the selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout. Payment information is processed by payment service providers; we do not intentionally retain complete payment-card numbers on our own systems.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Available shipping destinations, carrier or postal service, shipping method, delivery address, cost, and estimated delivery date or range are described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Risk and title pass only as provided by applicable law and the selected delivery terms.
7. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Our voluntary return rules are described in our Refund and Returns Policy. Those rules supplement and do not replace statutory cancellation, refund, warranty, or quality rights. Where applicable law gives you more favourable rights, the law prevails.
8. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
We send promotional electronic messages only with consent or another lawful basis. Promotional messages will identify the sender and include a working way to unsubscribe. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time, without affecting order-related or other non-promotional communications. We will process unsubscribe requests in accordance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
9. PERMITTED USE
You may use the website only for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You must not interfere with website security or operation; transmit malicious code; scrape or collect information unlawfully; impersonate another person; make fraudulent purchases; violate intellectual property or privacy rights; or use the services in breach of applicable law.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content, including photographs, graphics, product copy, design elements, and logos, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit this content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The website may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, couriers, analytics providers, and tracking websites. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites that we do not control, but this clause does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, AND USER CONTENT
If you submit a product review, image, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy law. We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, or irrelevant content.
13. DISCLAIMERS
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but temporary interruptions, errors, or maintenance may occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. No disclaimer in these Terms excludes an express warranty we provide or a condition, warranty, guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Follow the care label and product instructions supplied with each garment or accessory. Damage caused solely by care that conflicts with those instructions may not qualify as a product defect, subject always to applicable law.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by law. This section does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited, or any non-waivable consumer right.
15. INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims resulting from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to losses caused by our own breach or wrongdoing.
16. SANCTIONS COMPLIANCE
You may not use the Services if you are located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any country or territory subject to sanctions or embargoes imposed by the United States or other applicable authorities.
You represent and warrant that you are not identified on any applicable sanctions list, including those maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such access may violate applicable sanctions laws or regulations.
17. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, our rights, or legal compliance. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will continue to apply.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Material changes apply only as permitted by law and do not retroactively reduce rights relating to an order already accepted unless you expressly agree or the law permits the change.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their usual residence. Any dispute may be brought before a court or tribunal with jurisdiction under applicable law.
20. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or severed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, product details, and checkout disclosures, form the agreement relating to use of the website and purchases.
