ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Order processing time is included in the estimated delivery time shown at checkout.

During collection launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing may take longer. If an item becomes unavailable or additional information is required to complete your order, we may contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We currently offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 7–15 Business Days — FREE
• Express Shipping: 5–10 Business Days — CAD$7.99

The estimated delivery times above include order processing time and are calculated from the date your order is successfully placed.

The shipping method, delivery timeframe, and applicable shipping charge will also be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If the delivery estimate or shipping charge shown at checkout differs from the general information in this policy, the information displayed at checkout for your specific order will take priority.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of customs processing, severe weather, carrier disruptions, remote delivery locations, public holidays, or unusually high order volumes.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, we will email the tracking number and carrier information after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take approximately 48–72 hours to update after shipment. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or you believe your parcel may be lost, please contact us.

PRICES, TAXES, DUTIES, AND FEES

The applicable currency, product price, taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and total payable will be presented during checkout.

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other destination-country fees may apply. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for any such charges.

ADDRESS OR ORDER CHANGES

Please review the item, size, colour, quantity, and delivery address carefully before submitting your order.

Contact us promptly at [email protected] if a change or cancellation is required. We will try to assist, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun.

BACKORDERS AND UNAVAILABLE ITEMS

If an ordered item becomes unavailable or cannot be supplied within the estimated delivery timeframe, we will contact you with available options. These may include a revised delivery date, a substitute product selected with your agreement, or cancellation and a refund to the original payment method.

Your statutory cancellation and refund rights are not limited by this policy.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reasonably secure delivery location.

If a parcel is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, or because the parcel was unclaimed, additional delivery charges may apply where permitted by law.

If an item arrives damaged, the wrong item is delivered, or tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and supporting information.

APPAREL PACKAGING

Garments may be folded and packed in protective packaging for transit. Minor creasing may occur during shipping and is not generally considered a defect.

Please follow the care instructions supplied with the garment before steaming, washing, or ironing.

SANCTIONS COMPLIANCE

You may not use the Services if you are located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any country or territory subject to sanctions or embargoes imposed by the United States or other applicable authorities.

You represent and warrant that you are not identified on any applicable sanctions list, including those maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such access may violate applicable sanctions laws or regulations.
