Returns & Refund Policy

Last updated: September 2, 2026

We want you to feel confident choosing clothing and accessories from hurdanle.com. This policy explains our voluntary return program and supplements any cancellation, refund, warranty, or quality rights provided by applicable law.

1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

To request a cancellation, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to cancel the order before processing or dispatch, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun. If we confirm a cancellation after payment has been taken, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

2. VOLUNTARY 14-DAY RETURN POLICY

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Contact us before sending anything back so that we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return address and instructions. Do not send returns to the address printed on a parcel or to our corporate mailing address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

To qualify under our voluntary return policy, an item must generally be:

  • unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused, except for a reasonable fitting;
  • free from stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, damage, or other signs of wear;
  • returned with original tags, accessories, and any hygiene liner still attached; and
  • accompanied by the order number or other proof of purchase.

Items identified as final sale or non-returnable before purchase are not eligible for a voluntary change-of-mind return, except where the item is defective, misdescribed, or applicable law requires a remedy.

3. RETURN PROCESS

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request.
  2. Wait for our return authorization, return address, and packing or shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping the shipping receipt.
  4. Send the item within the period stated in the return instructions.

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we agree otherwise. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable for a change-of-mind return unless required by law.

4. WRONG, DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISDESCRIBED ITEMS

If an item is damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or not the item ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where appropriate. We will assess the request and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair where suitable, replacement, refund, or another remedy required by law. We will cover reasonable return costs where the problem is our error or where required by law.

Prompt notice helps us investigate carrier damage and stock a replacement, but a delay in contacting us does not remove any non-waivable statutory right.

5. EXCHANGES

Availability of another size, colour, or style cannot be guaranteed. The fastest option may be to return the original item and place a new order. If a direct exchange is available, our support team will provide instructions and explain any price or shipping difference before proceeding.

6. INSPECTION AND REFUNDS

We will notify you after the return is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the credit to appear, depending on the payment provider or financial institution. We are not responsible for processing delays caused solely by the financial institution.

If a return is declined under the voluntary policy because it does not meet the stated conditions, we will explain the reason and any available next steps. This does not affect a remedy required by law.

7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If an approved refund has not appeared after the expected period, first check with the payment provider or bank. Then contact us at [email protected] with the order number so we can investigate.

8. STATUTORY CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Consumers may have additional rights under the laws that apply to their purchase. For example, British Columbia law provides cancellation rights for certain distance sales contracts where required information or a retainable copy of the contract is not provided, or where goods are not delivered within the applicable period. When a statutory cancellation right applies, return costs, refund timing, and other obligations will be handled as required by law. Nothing in this voluntary policy limits those rights.
